RehabO is a Telegram app with exercise programs for back and neck pain. This page explains what data we collect, why we need it, and how to delete it.

Who is responsible for your data

The personal data controller is Ruslan Orlov (RehabO). For any questions about your data, message @ruslan_orlov305 on Telegram.

What we collect

  • From your Telegram profile at sign-in: name, numeric Telegram ID, interface language, timezone.
  • What you enter in the app: pain area, pain levels before and after sessions, session history, SOS sessions, feedback.
  • Technical usage events (screen opens, completed sessions) — to understand what works and what doesn't.
  • If you apply as a physical therapist: the name, contact, and experience you submit in the form.

Why we need it, and on what basis

To make the app work: build your exercise program, send reminders in Telegram, and show your progress. Anonymized statistics help us improve the product.

The legal basis for processing is your consent (Articles 7 and 11 of Ukraine's Law on Personal Data Protection). By entering pain and session data, you consent to the processing of this health-related data, without which the app cannot work. You can withdraw consent at any time with the /delete command.

We never sell your data or share it with ad networks.

Where it is stored

With our infrastructure providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), PostHog (analytics, EU servers). Messages are delivered by Telegram. Only the RehabO developer has access to the database.

These providers' servers are located outside Ukraine (EU and US). Such transfers rely on your consent and on the providers' contractual data-protection safeguards.

How long we keep it

  • Account data and session records — for as long as your account exists.
  • The reminder delivery log — up to 90 days.

How to delete your data

Send the /delete command to the RehabO bot in Telegram and confirm. Your profile, programs, session history, and pain records are deleted immediately and permanently. Submitted feedback is anonymized.

Your rights

Under Ukraine's Law on Personal Data Protection you have the right to:

  • know what data we hold about you, where it came from, and who it was shared with — we will answer within 30 days;
  • have inaccurate data corrected, or have your data deleted;
  • object to processing, or withdraw your consent.
